RECRUITMENT PROCEDURES & REQUIREMENTS FOR JOB SEEKERS
1. Application for Passport:

Prospective job seekers interested in pursuing foreign employment opportunities should initiate the process by obtaining a passport from the relevant department of the Nepal Government.

2. INTERVIEW AND SELECTION:

Upon securing a passport, job applicants are encouraged to apply for overseas positions through authorized manpower agencies sanctioned by the Government of Nepal. Essential supporting documents such as the original passport, photographs, experience certificates, academic credentials, driving licenses, and training certifications should accompany the application. It is imperative for applicants to thoroughly acquaint themselves with vital information pertaining to the destination country, employing company, job role, terms, and conditions before proceeding with the application process through authorized manpower agencies. While direct interviews (oral, written, skill-based) are commonplace, some employers may opt for virtual interviews conducted via online platforms such as Skype or telephone.

3. Health Checkup:

Successful candidates are required to undergo a comprehensive medical examination at a designated medical facility approved by the Nepal Government.

4. Visa Application:

Once deemed medically fit and in agreement with the employer's terms and conditions, applicants proceed with the visa application process. The specific requirements and procedures for visa application may vary depending on the destination country.

5. Labour Approval:

Following the issuance of visas, manpower agencies obtain labor approval from the Department of Foreign Employment (DOFE), Government of Nepal. Essential documentation such as the original passport, valid medical reports, orientation certificates, life insurance policies, and valid visas are mandatory during the labor approval process.

6. Departure:

 

Upon securing labor approval and confirming air ticket arrangements, successful applicants embark on their journey to their designated destination for foreign employment.
